On March 13th, 2012, Prof. Andrian Sawyer, Vice President and Dean of Business School of Canterbury University，New Zealand, visited Southeast University accompanied by Mr. Feng Yuejing from the University’s Development Office.
Vice-president Pu Yuepu had the meeting with the guests along with Prof. Xu Kangning, Dean of School of Economics and Management, Prof. Qiu Bin, Director of Office of Social Sciences, as well as the members from Academic Affairs Office. The two parties thoroughly discussed the implementation details of “The Undergraduate Dual-degree Program between School of Economics and Management of SEU & Business School of Canterbury University”. As a result, they agreed upon issues in regard to joint training program for post-graduate students and doctorial degree candidates, teachers’ exchange and research cooperation.
Three students from School of Economics and Management of SEU are now studying in Business School of Canterbury University. The visit has promoted the mutual understanding and friendship between the two parties, and established a sound basis for full cooperation between SEU and Canterbury University.
