On March 26, 2013, Prof. Lee Riedinger, the special representative of University of Tennessee Chancellor visited our campus. Vice-President Prof. Pu Yuepu met with the representative.
Commissioned by UT Chancellor Cheek, Prof. Lee Riedinger was to facilitate the detailed cooperation between SEU and UT in terms of PhD joint education and research. Prof. Huang Xueliang, Dean of School of Electrical Engineering, Prof. Huang Xiaoming, Vice Dean of School of Transportation and Prof. Chen Xiaoping, Vice Dean of School of Energy and Environment attended the meeting and discussed with Prof. Riedinger on the issue, which yielded satisfactory results and laid foundation for SEU-UT collaborations in the future.
